In the Hive

I started working on some new blocks with my civil war fabrics, these are fun to make!

I got a new Shinzi Katoh tote!

We had our first real snow yesterday. Edmund (our tree the kids named) looks very colorful in contrast to the snow! I decided to trade my Elna 6003 in for a Pfaff 2027 to have as a second machine! My Pfaff 2044 is named "Otto", this is his sister "Otylia"!

I managed to piece 1/2 of the quilt for our king-size bed. This is quite a task!!!! I think we need a smaller bed.

Here is all 10 blocks for the sampler, so far.

Still catching up! This is another block for our group sampler!

This is another block for our group sampler. I picked this one since it's name starts with the letter K to represent Kutztown. This was a new block to me, I imagine it would look stunning if you had lots of them with them together to make a woven pattern.

I am trying to catch up on our online group's sampler quilt!! This one reminds me of a bee!
