2 New Quilt Shops & finds

Image
We went to a quilt shop in Allentown, NJ. This old mill was near a shop called the Quilter's Cottage. It was a nice little shop and a neat town that I would not mind exploring more! I got two fat quarters while I was there: We then went on to Howell, NJ and visited Mouse Creek Quilts. Really nice shop! Definitely one to go back to! I got 1/2 yard of fabric while I was there and one pattern:

Roadtrip!

It was a nice day yesterday, so we took a roadtrip upstate. We went to Montoursville, then south to Lewisburg and down further to Selinsgrove and Millersburg before heading home. I love seeing the different college towns - maybe to compare it to ours? We stopped at several quilt shops and I got a couple of fabrics and the patterns below. New Fabrics and a Pattern

Image
We took a roadtrip to The Quilted Chicken today. I picked up this cute pattern: Then we went closer to home and visited Wooden Bridge Dry Goods. I really like this butterfly print! And I need to make new bathroom curtains and found this print in my bathroom color scheme! Now I just need time to do all these things!

Today at the shop we had to make some banners for the regional choir, it was fun, but repetitive work for quilters who like to cut loose and make blocks and patterns! Speaking of which, the shop got two new patterns in today!  I really like schibbles patterns, they are great for me since I tend to collect charm packs!  I also got a gypsy gripper and little gripper to try for using with my quilting rulers!
